Here are the commonly asked questions about buying, installing and running Radix DM.
Radix DM is purchased as a perpetual licence. That is, you pay once up front for the licence which you then own. A Radix Software Maintenance Agreement, renewable annually, gives you free technical support and access to all upgrades.
Radix DM is downloaded and installed on your network. There is no cloud hosted version of Radix DM, your documents stay on your server.
Radix DM is licenced per named user. One licence must be purchased for each user that requires access to save and search in Radix DM. There is no cost to licence the Radix DM server.
A 12 Month Radix Software Maintenance Agreement is included at no extra cost when you purchase Radix Software licences. After the first year, your annual Radix Software Maintenance Agreement is charged at 18 per cent of the licence list price.
A Radix Software Maintenance Agreement entitles the customer to patches, upgrades, and support free of charge for the products covered by the agreement for period of 12 months.
All Radix Software product purchases include, at no extra cost, a Maintenance Agreement for the first 12 months from the date of purchase.
Maintenance Agreements are renewed annually on the anniversary of your first purchase of a Radix Software product. All customers are contacted via email prior to the expiry of the Maintenance Agreement with renewal payment options. Maintenance Agreements cannot be renewed if left unpaid for more than 60 days after the payment due date.
Support for all Radix Software products is free of charge to customers with a current Radix Software Maintenance Agreement. Support does not include training which can be organised separately with our Services team.

Customers with a current Radix Software Maintenance Agreement can log a support query online, by telephone or email. Non-urgent queries are usually responded to within one business day.

Radix DM will need to be installed and configured to meet your specific requirements. This can be done in 3 ways:
- Install and configure Radix DM yourself;
- Have Radix Software install and configured Radix DM either remotely or at your office; or
- Have an Authorised Radix DM Reseller install and configure Radix DM.
Yes, like all comprehensive software packages users will gain the most benefit from Radix DM with a training session. Training can be run at your office, remotely via the Internet or we can train-the-trainer so you can deliver training yourself.
Yes, in many cases your existing documents can be automatically imported into Radix DM making them available the day you start using Radix DM.
