Radix DM stores and shares email as if it was any other document type. When viewing all documents for a Client, Project, Matter, Order etc, emails are listed along with Microsoft Office documents, PDF files and any other saved documents. All documents are stored together in one place and shared for all users with permission to access the documents.

Radix DM buttons in Microsoft Outlook
- Radix DM works inside Microsoft Outlook for email management.
- Drag-and-drop saving of email and/or attachments.
- Bulk save email into Radix DM.
- Attachments always saved with every email but can also be saved as separate Radix DM documents when necessary.
- The actual email sent date, all from addresses and to addresses are automatically captured in Radix DM and can used as criteria when searching.
- Users are prompted to save sent email in Radix DM. Users don’t need to remember to go to Sent Items to save sent email.
- Users are warned if an email has already been saved (even if saved by another user in the same or another Library Group).

Quickly locate email by searching date ranges, email addresses or by searching for words in the body of an email or in the email’s attachments, even if the attachment is not stored separately.

Preview email in Radix DM Search
Radix DM Search preview pane provides a full preview of each email showing the message itself, mail date, addresses and attachments. Attachments can be even opened directly from the Radix DM Search preview pane.

Email opens in Microsoft Outlook
Double clicking an email in Radix DM opens the message in Microsoft Outlook, as if the email had been stored in Microsoft Outlook rather than Radix DM. Users can reply, forward, and print messages from Microsoft Outlook.

Email documents from Radix DM Search
Email documents from Radix DM Search either as a link to the document stored in Radix DM, or as an email attachment. Email documents as files, zipped files or PDF files.

Capture email as its sent
Radix DM can be configured to prompt users to save all email immediately after each email is sent.
