Maintenance Agreements A Radix Software Maintenance Agreement provides all patches, upgrades, and support free of charge for the products covered by the agreement.
All Radix Software product purchases include, at no extra cost, a Maintenance Agreement for the first 12 months from the date of purchase.
Maintenance Agreements are renewed annually on the anniversary of your first purchase of a Radix Software product. All customers are contacted via email prior to the expiry of the Maintenance Agreement with renewal payment options.
Email your Company Key to support@radixdm.com to find out if your Radix DM software is covered by a Maintenance Agreement.
Radix DM administrators can find their Company Key by right clicking the Radix DM Grabber then select the Administration option. When the Radix DM Administration program appears click on Licencing.
Expired Maintenance Agreements can be renewed by paying a catch up fee. Please email your Company Key to support@radixdm.com for details.
